Current Vacancy: Business Development and Marketing Executive
Location: 10 Miles, Off Great North Road, Lusaka

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Executive to lead growth efforts, drive student enrolments, and expand our brand presence. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a dynamic individual who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost course enrolments and brand visibility.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional collaborations.

Manage customer relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, and online ads).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategies.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
-
Manage and grow Shumba Training Centre’s online presence and outreach platforms.
-
Track KPIs and provide insights to achieve revenue and enrolment goals.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (a diploma with relevant experience may be considered).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the education/training sector is an added advantage).

Work Arrangement: This is a physical, onsite role based at our office in 10 Miles, Off Great North Road, Lusaka. Applicants must be willing to work from this location.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, email campaigns).

Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is an added advantage.
