1. Course Switch Policy

Once a course is purchased, course switches are allowed as long as you meet the following conditions:

  • You have NOT consumed more than 10% of the existing course
  • Both the existing course and the one you desire to switch to have the SAME cost
  • You request for a course switch within 7 days after purchase of the course.

To request a course switch, you must submit a written request to our customer support team at support@shumbaskills.com. You may reach us via WhatsApp. Your request must include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Correct email address associated with the account
  • Order number / date of enrolment
  • Reason for the switch

Our Team will validate your request and take immediate action accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

– The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
